"Colors Of Our Broken Hearts" is taken from Wars of Spirit // Wards Of Light, DREADNOUGHT's forthcoming album on Vesperian and the most clearly defined, most reinvented chapter of their career to date. Bending and re-coding the worlds of heavy music, the record pulls the listener through chaos, purity, and power — synthesizers and electronic elements woven seamlessly into a songwriting style more direct and engaging than ever, elevated by the masterful production of Julius Mauranen (Oranssi Pazuzu). The band themselves call it "World Building Metal Etherea," and after hearing the first two singles of the album it's hard to argue with that.
